Judith Bretthauer and Carol Ramirez have work together for over 35 years. Our staff has over 75 years’ combined experience to offer our clients and applicants. With proven results, dedication and professionalism, we began
Bretthauer-Ramirez Staffing in 2004. A Houston-based employment agency, we place applicants in direct hire, temporary-to-hire and temporary positions in and around the Houston metro area. We can help you find that perfect person for your staff or that perfect job for you. Providing the best service means taking the time to listen and making a commitment to find the best candidate for each position. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure you receive the services you need. Our business is client-oriented and many of our client relationships span 30+ years. Judith "Brett" Bretthauer

With a Bachelor Degree from West Texas A&M University, taught high school for two years before spending the past 35+ years in the staffing industry. She was with M. David Lowe Personnel Services for 26 years where she managed offices of 15 to 55 employees for 25 years. The time was right to start our own business. After so many years in this field, it was just the right time. We care about our clients and our applicants. We’re thrilled to have our name on our business. “I take pride in that.”

Carol Ramirez

Carol Ramirez – a native Houstonian, with a Master Degree from the University of Houston, has over 35+ years of recruiting experience. She was a manager and Top Ten consultant for the former M. David Lowe Personnel Services, specializing in sales, materials management and administrative positions. She and Judith have been flying under their own banner since 2004. “I enjoy getting to know the culture of my clients, understanding their staffing needs and helping them find employees who can bring value to their business.”

A natural communicator, she automatically put people at ease. Heidi is passionate about her role as a business developer and recruiter
