- Processing warranty claims
- Preparing customer quotes
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Working knowledge of construction/building industry
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Critical thinking & problem solving skills
- Work hours are Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
- Starting salary up to $15-18/hour depending on experience.
